From main entrance on Blackburn Road, take the lift to the second floor, turn right as you leave the lift and wait at the double doors.
Please ring the bell in the plastic wallet on the shelf and take a seat. Your therapist will come and collect you as soon as they are available.
Please be patient if there is a slight delay to your appointment time, this will not have any effect on your therapy.
Alternatively should you wish to use the car park (which is located at the rear) you will enter the health centre on the first floor.
Walk through the reception area and take the lift (which is signposted ‘way out to Blackburn Road’) to the second floor then follow the directions above.
