We offer a service that is free & confidential.
We understand the difficulties in discussing the most personal aspects of your life and we understand that gender identity is very personal.
Our health records are kept separate to other NHS health records, so other services such as your GP will not know you have attended, unless you agree to sharing this information.
We offer a service that is respectful.
We will never judge you on what you say or do. People are free to make choices about their life and we respect that. We are here to help and offer advice.
The Phoenix Clinic will run a monthly clinic in Blackpool and Preston. We will be able to provide the following:
- Sexual health education
- STI testing and treatment
- PrEP (Pre exposure prophylaxis for HIV)
- PEP (Post exposure prophylaxis for HIV)
- Doxy PEP
- Hepatitis A and B testing and vaccination
- HPV vaccination
- Men B Vaccine for gonorrhoea
- Cervical smear testing (for anyone over 25 with a cervix)
- Contraception
- Emergency Contraception
- Peer Support
The Phoenix Clinic in Blackpool is every second Wednesday evening of each month at: Whitegate Drive Health Centre, 150 Whitegate Drive, Blackpool FY3 9ES
The Phoenix Clinic in Preston is every first Thursday evening of each month at: Fatima Health Centre 228 Garstang Road, Fulwood, PR2 9QB.
