Alert (Urgent)

Our free Postal STI testing is changing.

From 3rd June 2024 our postal testing offer is changing and will be provided by our partner, Preventx. It is for local residents 16 + and is free to use. Our clinical team will still be managing any positive results or any other issues so there will be no change.

  • Simply click on the link and enter your age and postcode to find out if your area is eligible for the postal testing offer. You will need a UK mobile number (that is your own for security and confidentiality) to register to use the service.
  • If you ordered a kit before this date, then the team will contact when your results are available. Results will not be affected by this change.
  • New features will put you in control of your sexual health testing:
    • Once registered, you will have access to your own patient portal to see results, test history as well as access information and advice.
    • Improved access to support through a dedicated line - simply call 0333 344 4462 and our colleagues at Preventx customer support team are on hand to help
    • Contact email - info@preventx.com
